We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking web developer to build a custom internal management system for our vehicle shipping operations from Qatar to Saudi Arabia.
The system must have a fully Arabic interface (RTL), be user-friendly, and work smoothly on both desktop and mobile devices.
1. Customer & Vehicle Management
* Register customers with their names and phone numbers.
* Add vehicle details, including make, model, year, license plate number, and VIN.
* Record shipping fees, customer payments, and outstanding balances.
* Maintain a list of vehicles waiting to be shipped.
* View each customer’s shipping history and financial records.
2. Trip & Carrier Management
* Create shipping trips with carrier details, departure dates, and destinations.
* Each trip can accommodate approximately 4–10 vehicles.
* Assign vehicles to trips by selecting them from the existing list of vehicles awaiting shipment.
* Prevent vehicles from being assigned to multiple trips simultaneously.
* Display all vehicles assigned to each trip, including customer names, phone numbers, and license plate numbers.
* Track shipping status and confirm vehicle arrival.
3. Trip Expense Management
* Expenses must be linked to individual shipping trips, not vehicles.
* Provide a dropdown list of expense categories, such as inspection, insurance, carrier fees, fuel, and other charges.
* Allow multiple expenses to be added to each trip.
* Allow administrators to create additional expense categories.
* Record expense amounts, payment dates, and payment status.
* Automatically calculate total expenses for each trip.
4. Revenue & Payment Collection
* Record full and partial customer payments, including individual payment dates.
* Track total shipping revenue, collected amounts, and outstanding balances.
* Generate detailed reports by customer, vehicle, and payment transaction.
* Filter financial reports by month or across all periods.
* Automatically move completed shipments to the historical records once the vehicle has arrived in Riyadh and the shipping fee has been fully paid.
5. Financial Dashboard & Reports
* Display total revenue, actual cash collections, and paid expenses.
* Calculate net cash flow (cash collected minus expenses paid).
* Show revenue, expenses, and net profitability for each shipping trip.
* Provide monthly financial summaries.
* Export financial reports to Excel.
6. Dashboard & User Permissions
* Main dashboard showing pending vehicles, active trips, completed shipments, and financial summaries.
* Secure login and role-based access control.
* Initially, the system will have three users: one administrator and two employees.
* The administrator must be able to manage employee permissions.
* All records must be securely stored in a persistent database.
