Apple iCloud Account Recovery Help

I need to regain full control of my Apple ID. The trusted phone number linked to the account is gone, and I can’t reach the original recovery email either. What I do have is an iPad that’s still signed in, so we can leverage its active session to prove ownership and reset my credentials.
