Document Upload & Payment App

I’m looking for a developer who can build a straightforward mobile app (iOS and Android) that lets users do two things quickly and securely: upload documents from their phone and pay associated fees within the same session.

Core flow
1. User signs in or creates an account.
2. User selects a file or snaps a photo; the file is uploaded to a secure cloud bucket.
3. The app displays the amount due and routes the user to an in-app checkout (Stripe, PayPal, or another widely supported gateway).
4. On successful payment the user receives a confirmation screen and email receipt; I receive notification of the file and payment.

Deliverables
• Source code for the mobile app (React Native, Flutter, or native—whichever you’re fastest with)
• Simple backend/API to accept the file, store it, and log payment status
• Brief setup documentation so I can run the project locally and deploy it to App Store / Play Store

Acceptance criteria
• File types: PDF, JPG, PNG up to 10 MB each
• Payment succeeds or fails gracefully, with clear messaging to the user
• All traffic secured with HTTPS and stored files not publicly accessible
