Apartment Floor Plan Renovation Concept

I am considering buying an apartment with the attached floor plan, but before making a decision, I would like to explore different layout and renovation possibilities.

The main issues with the current layout are:

* The kitchen at the top of the floor plan is very long and narrow.
* One bedroom has direct access to a bathroom, while the bathroom intended for all other occupants is windowless.
* Overall, I would like to redesign the layout to make the apartment more functional and modern.

I am looking for creative alternative floor plan solutions. These are some of my initial ideas:

**Option 1:**
Create an open-plan living area with the kitchen located where the current master bedroom is. Convert the current long kitchen area into a bathroom, using the long and narrow upper section for the shower. I would keep only one bedroom. I would also like suggestions on what to do with the existing windowless bathroom.

**Option 2:**
Keep the existing long kitchen in its current location and create an open-plan living area with both a TV/lounge area and a dining area. Keep both the windowed bathroom and the windowless bathroom. This would probably be the least expensive option in terms of renovation costs.

**Option 3:**
Create an open-plan living area with the kitchen located where the current master bedroom is. In the upper part of the apartment, create two bedrooms, with one of them potentially being smaller and also suitable as a home office. One of the bedrooms could have an en-suite bathroom, using the narrow section for the shower area.

These are just initial ideas, and I am open to other creative solutions. I would like the freelancer to analyze the existing floor plan and propose alternative layouts that make the best possible use of the available space.

The goal is to have a modern, functional, and well-organized apartment while considering the practicality and potential cost of the renovation.
