I need two visually matched animated clips, each running approx. 60 seconds, that dramatise our National Team’s leap from today’s processes to a scalable “next-level” way of working. Because the workshop will be lively and informal yet still corporate, I’m picturing a balanced cinematic–comic tone with the polish expected in a professional setting.
Story & style
• Video 1 quickly establishes the “before”: the 16 team members juggling clunky workflows, bottlenecks and duplicated effort.
• Video 2 reveals the streamlined “after”: the same 16 people now operating in smarter, clearly coordinated fashion that sets us up for growth.
Smooth transitions will stitch the two pieces together so they feel like one cohesive narrative even though they play separately in the deck.
Technical specs
• 1920 × 1080 MP4, 16:9, optimised for reliable PowerPoint playback at 25 fps (happy to switch to 30 fps if you recommend).
• No dialogue. Use a licensed music bed plus tightly synchronised cinematic and light comic SFX to reinforce the contrast between old and new.
• Every team member must be recognisable—stylised caricatures, illustrated portraits or photo-based cut-outs are all acceptable as long as facial likeness and key traits read instantly.
Deliverables
1. Two final master files as per spec. (as per attached brief)
2. Layered project files and asset library for internal archiving. (as per attached brief)
The schedule is urgent, so please let me know the earliest realistic start date you can offer and the turnaround you can commit to for storyboard, first draft and final delivery. A short outline of your proposed production approach—animation technique, character design workflow, music/SFX sourcing and quality control—will help me see how you can meet the brief within the available constraints.
I’m ready to approve quickly and push “go” once the timeline looks achievable.
