3D Animator Needed for Animated African Comedy Series – Long-Term Project

I'm looking for an experienced **3D animator or animation studio** to produce an original African-inspired comedy series featuring six recurring characters.
Project requirements

1. 3D character development

- Create six high-quality, fully rigged and reusable 3D character models.
- Characters must have expressive facial features, realistic body movements and different emotional expressions.
- Maintain consistent faces, body proportions, hairstyles, clothing, colours and accessories across all videos.
- Character reference images and detailed descriptions will be provided.

2. Environment design
- Create reusable African neighbourhood, house interior and exterior settings.
- Design environments suitable for family sitcom scenes and outdoor neighbourhood interactions.

3. Main episodes – Horizontal video
- Aspect ratio: 16:9.
- Resolution: 1920 × 1080 (Full HD), with 4K (3840 × 2160) preferred if available.
- Duration: Approximately 3–8 minutes per episode.
- Format: MP4.
- Platforms: YouTube, Facebook Watch and other horizontal video platforms.

4. Short-form social media videos – Vertical
- Aspect ratio: 9:16.
- Resolution: 1080 × 1920 (Full HD), with 4K vertical (2160 × 3840) preferred if available.
- Duration: 15–60 seconds.
- Platforms: TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts.

5. Additional video formats

- Square videos: 1:1, 1080 × 1080, for Instagram and Facebook feed posts.
- Landscape social videos: 16:9, 1920 × 1080, for Facebook and YouTube.
- All scenes should be composed with different aspect ratios in mind, rather than simply cropping horizontal videos.

6. Dance animations

- Create reusable character dance animations for social media content.
- Characters should be able to perform individual and group dances.
- Supply clean versions without commercial music so licensed or platform-approved audio can be added later.

Creative direction

- High-quality, polished 3D cartoon animation.
- Expressive characters, natural movements and exaggerated comedic reactions.
- Nigerian English and Pidgin dialogue.
- African neighbourhood atmosphere.
- Family drama, relationships, gossip, everyday situations and unexpected comedy.

Deliverables and technical requirements

- Six reusable 3D character models and rigs.
- Reusable environments and animation assets.
- Three initial pilot episodes.
- Short-form vertical videos and reusable dance animations.
- Final videos in the required resolutions and formats.
- Original project/source files and agreed asset files.
- Full commercial usage rights.

This is intended to become a long-term animated entertainment project.** I'm looking for a creative professional or studio capable of developing reusable assets and producing consistent content over multiple episodes and social media platforms. The project will begin with character development and three pilot episodes.
