Full Home CAD & 3D Design

I need my entire apartment translated into a full set of professional interior drawings and visuals. You will start from my rough sketches, photos, and inspiration references and turn them into coordinated CAD plans that cover every room. Beyond basic layouts, the package must include wall elevations, lighting plans, electrical point placement, and custom furniture details so a contractor can build precisely from your documents.

Once the 2D set is confirmed, render photorealistic 3D perspectives that clearly communicate materials, colors, and furniture style. I use these images to make final finish selections, so realistic lighting and accurate textures matter.

Deliverables
• Dimensioned floor plan for the entire apartment
• Elevations for all walls, annotated with finishes
• Reflected ceiling plan with lighting fixtures and switching circuits
• Electrical layout showing outlets, data points, and special power needs
• Custom furniture shop drawings where required
• At least four high-quality 3D rendered images per major space

DWG and PDF files are mandatory; please also provide the source files for the renders.

Project size: 1,750 sf home with 3 bedrooms (1 master and 2 secondary), 2 bathrooms (1 master, 1 secondary), living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, and entryway.
