Android PayPal Checkout Integration

I need PayPal Express Checkout fully wired into my existing Android app. The flow should let users move seamlessly from my cart screen to PayPal, authorize payment, and return with the success or error status handled gracefully.

Alongside PayPal, I also want native support for direct Credit/Debit Card payments and traditional Bank Transfers so users can choose their preferred method at checkout. If these two options can be handled through PayPal’s SDK that’s fine; if not, feel free to propose a lightweight in-app solution that meets PCI requirements.

You’ll be working in Android Studio (Kotlin project) and should rely on the official PayPal Mobile SDK or its current Braintree successor, plus any secure card-tokenization libraries you recommend. I’ll supply the existing source, sandbox credentials, and UI assets.

Deliverables:
• Integrated PayPal Express Checkout flow, tested in sandbox and live modes
• Added payment options for Credit/Debit Cards and Bank Transfers with proper validation and error handling
• Clear setup notes and code comments so future developers can maintain the integration
• One short walkthrough video (screen capture) proving the end-to-end payment journey works on a real device

Final code must compile without warnings, and payments have to post accurate transaction IDs back to my server API. I’m ready to start as soon as you can confirm timeline and any extra information you’ll need.
