I have a set of long-form Amharic interview recordings—each running well over an hour—saved in MP3 format. I need every word captured accurately in written Amharic, with clear identification of each speaker so the conversation flows naturally on the page.

The source audio is clean, but because these are spontaneous interviews, there may be overlaps or regional expressions. I’m looking for someone comfortable with the full range of Ethiopian Amharic who can preserve nuance without unnecessary filler words.

Deliverables
• One editable text file (DOCX or TXT) for each MP3, mirroring the interview sequence.
• Basic speaker tags (e.g., Interviewer, Participant) and time-stamps at reasonable intervals so I can locate key moments quickly.

Accuracy is more important than speed; however, let me know your realistic turnaround per hour of audio so we can set a steady workflow. If this first batch goes smoothly, I have additional interviews waiting, so reliable quality could turn this into a longer-term collaboration.
