Senior Expert in Voice and WhatsApp AI Agents for a Long-Term Project
We will be working with an established company that serves numerous theaters, promoters, and cultural venues, handling a high volume of inquiries. We are not looking for a basic chatbot or a demo, but rather a professional, stable, secure, and scalable system for real-world clients.
Phase One
Creation of the company's central customer service agent:
* Support via WhatsApp and voice-based phone agents.
* Natural conversation flow.
* Resolution of inquiries regarding events, schedules, locations, accessibility, duration, children's tickets, changes, cancellations, and policies.
* Retrieval of up-to-date information from official sources.
* Integration via APIs, webhooks, databases, or other available systems.
* Handoff to a human agent when the AI cannot resolve the inquiry.
* Logging of conversations and issues, monitoring, alerts, and error handling.
* Protection against fabricated responses or outdated information.
Event information changes constantly. The system must receive updates on performances, schedules, or cancellations from a central source, eliminating the need for manual agent modifications.
This first phase focuses exclusively on customer service via voice and WhatsApp. It does not include event creation or publishing.
Scalability
Once the central agent is validated, the project can be expanded to include customized agents for different theaters and promoters. The architecture must allow for:
* Creating new agents without starting from scratch.
* Segregating data for each company.
* Customizing schedules, policies, and protocols.
* Controlling costs and usage per client.
* Managing multiple agents from a central structure.
* Updating information simply and securely.
Required Profile
We are looking for demonstrable experience in:
* Voice and WhatsApp AI agents deployed with real clients.
* WhatsApp Cloud API or equivalent official providers.
* Telephony, SIP, or professional voice agent platforms.
* n8n and advanced automation.
* APIs, webhooks, and databases.
* Language models, knowledge bases, transcription, and speech synthesis. * Monitoring, logs, alerts, GDPR, and information security.
* Documentation and technical maintenance.
We are not looking for candidates whose experience is limited to taking courses, conducting demonstrations, or setting up template-based automations. We need someone capable of designing the architecture, anticipating issues, and taking technical ownership of the system.
