Dental Billing Automation Developer

I need a developer who can take the repetitive steps of our dental billing workflow and turn them into reliable, hands-free automations. The priorities are insurance claims processing and payment tracking. Inside the insurance portals the bot will need to submit new claims, keep tabs on claim status in real time, and pull back EOBs—both the PDF versions and the 835 files—so we can post payments promptly.

The finished automations have to log every action and route the key data to our Softr-based reporting dashboard, which already houses production metrics for the front office. Think API calls where they exist and browser-level RPA where they don’t, all wrapped in clean, well-documented code I can maintain long-term.

Acceptance criteria:
• Claims submitted without manual intervention and confirmed by response codes
• Status updates pushed to the dashboard at least hourly
• EOB PDFs and 835 files downloaded, parsed, and matched to the correct patient ledger
• Error handling with clear logs and email/slack alerts on failures
