## Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented AI Trainers to help improve AI models by evaluating responses, checking factual accuracy, reviewing content, and providing high-quality feedback.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, good English communication skills, and the ability to follow guidelines and maintain consistent quality. Both beginners with strong attention to detail and experienced AI trainers are welcome to apply.

## Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and clarity.
- Review and annotate text and other data according to provided guidelines.
- Identify incorrect, misleading, or low-quality AI outputs.
- Compare multiple AI responses and select the best answer.
- Provide clear feedback to improve AI performance.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed deadlines.

## Required Skills
