I need a compact, AI-driven faceswap editor that works exclusively with pre-recorded videos and lets me finish everything in post before sending the clip to TikTok. The workflow I have in mind is simple: import a video, identify the source and target faces, preview the swap frame-by-frame, then render and export in a TikTok-friendly format (vertical, audio preserved, high-quality H.264).

You are free to build on libraries such as MediaPipe, DeepFaceLab, or any other GAN-based solution, as long as the final tool runs reliably on consumer hardware and keeps processing times reasonable. An intuitive timeline and basic trim/crop controls would be great, but the faceswap accuracy and overall stability are the real priorities.

Deliverables
