I need an experienced AI Automation Developer to build and integrate a sales chatbot automation into an existing business website.

The website is already built. Your task is only to create, configure, test, and integrate the chatbot/automation.

Main requirements:

• AI chatbot embedded into the existing website
• Automatically answer common customer questions
• Understand the business services and pricing from provided information
• Collect customer name, email, phone number, and requirements
• Qualify potential leads
• Identify interested / high-intent customers
• Guide users toward the appropriate service
• Capture leads automatically
• Send collected leads to our system / CRM / webhook
• Notify the business when a qualified lead is generated
• Human handoff option when necessary
• Conversation history/logging
• Mobile and desktop friendly
• Error handling and fallback responses
• Fully tested before delivery

Automation can use tools such as:
n8n, Make, APIs, OpenAI/Claude/Gemini, webhooks, or another suitable automation stack.

Important:
- The existing website should not be rebuilt.
- Work must integrate cleanly with the current website.
- No hardcoded API keys or secrets.
- The automation should be reusable and easy to maintain.
- Clear documentation must be provided.
- I need the complete workflow/source/configuration files after completion.
- Freelancer should explain how to update chatbot knowledge/instructions later.
