Project Title: Freelance AI Performance Video Editor (High-Retention Ads & Shorts)

Key Deliverables:

Edit performance-driven video ads, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts optimized for audience retention and direct conversion.

Generate and integrate AI assets using tools like Flow, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen (e.g., custom avatars, voice cloning, AI-generated b-roll).

Implement aggressive pacing, dynamic captions, visual hooks, and targeted sound design.

Deliver multiple iterations, hook variations, and format resizes of winning creatives for A/B testing.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven track record in performance video editing (UGC style, direct response, paid ads).

High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Hands-on experience operating generative AI video and audio platforms.

Deep understanding of social media algorithms, hook rates, and viewer retention metrics.
