AI Document Automation Web Platform

I need a seasoned full-stack developer to take an AI-first web application from concept to production. The product will streamline document and form handling for both internal staff and end-users, so scalability, security, and clean UX are critical.

The stack I have in mind is WeWeb or FlutterFlow for the front end paired with Supabase/PostgreSQL on the back end. If you can justify a better alternative, I am open to hearing it, provided the outcome remains low-latency, easily maintainable, and cost-effective.

Key modules and acceptance criteria
• Admin & Centre dashboard – role-based navigation, granular access control, near-real-time metrics
• Customer and document management – create, track, and archive records with audit trails
• OCR + AI services – high-accuracy text extraction and classification; your choice of Google Vision, AWS Textract, or a comparable engine wired into a lightweight rules engine
• Eligibility/rules engine – no-code style rule creation that feeds downstream decisions
• Dynamic form automation – conditional fields, auto-fill from the rules engine, and responsive layouts
• Photo / signature capture – mobile-friendly, with basic quality checks
• PDF generation – pixel-perfect, tamper-evident output directly downloadable or emailed
• Secure database and access control – row-level security, JWT authentication, and encryption at rest

Please include in your proposal:
1. A short portfolio link to projects with similar AI, OCR, or workflow automation components
2. A high-level architectural outline and estimated timeline (MVP + full release)
3. Your ballpark budget broken down by milestones
