Project Overview

I am looking for an experienced AI developer/full-stack developer to build an AI Sales & Lead Qualification Agent for my startup.

The goal is to create an AI-powered system that can communicate with customers, answer business-related questions, collect customer information, qualify leads, and send qualified leads to the sales team.

Core Features

The AI Agent should be able to:

* Chat with customers naturally using AI
* Answer questions based on the company’s provided information
* Collect name, phone number, email, requirements, budget, location, etc.
* Ask qualification questions based on the business
* Identify HOT / WARM / COLD leads
* Save all leads in a database
* Provide a dashboard to view and manage leads
* Notify the sales team when a high-quality lead is generated
* Automatically follow up with customers
* Maintain conversation history
* Allow admin to update AI instructions/business information
* Provide basic analytics such as total leads, qualified leads, conversations and conversions

Integrations

The system should be designed to support:

* Website chat
* WhatsApp
* CRM/API integrations
* Email notifications
* AI/LLM APIs

Admin Dashboard

I need a clean and modern dashboard where I can:

* View all leads
* Filter HOT/WARM/COLD leads

* Manage users/clients

Requirements

The developer should have experience with:

* AI/LLM APIs
* OpenAI or similar AI APIs

* Authentication and basic security

Important

I am looking for someone who can build the project properly, not just a basic chatbot demo.

The code should be clean, scalable and documented.

I must receive the complete source code and ownership of the project.

Please do not use fake/demo data in the final production system.
