I’m producing a series of screen-recorded walkthroughs for my SaaS platform and need a video specialist who can pair crisp screencasts with a professional, formal AI avatar presenter.
Scope
• 6–10 short tutorials, each running 5–15 minutes, depending on the depth of the feature.
• Primary focus: the User Dashboard and Settings & Preferences screens. Future tutorials may expand to other areas once these are complete.
• The avatar’s delivery must feel authoritative and confident, mirroring the clean, enterprise look of the product.
Typical workflow
1. I supply access to a demo workspace, a rough outline, and any existing UI copy.
2. You refine the script, capture high-resolution screen footage (1080p minimum) with clear cursor highlights, and generate the AI avatar narration.
3. Add lower-third callouts, zooms, and subtle background music that never competes with the voice.
4. Deliver the final MP4 along with project files so we can make minor text updates in future.
Acceptance criteria
• Accurate reflection of the current UI (no outdated labels or colors).
• Pronunciation of feature names checked against my pronunciation guide.
• Final video rendered in 16:9, 30 fps, under 250 MB.
If you already work with tools such as Synthesia, Descript, Camtasia, or Premiere Pro, that’s a plus—just let me know your stack. Turn-around for the first video is one week from kickoff; the rest can follow on a mutually-agreed schedule.
