I'm seeking an expert to enhance production tracking and operator efficiency at our fastener plant, which manufactures bolts, nuts, and screws using various machines.
Key tasks include:
- Implementing a tracking system for all machine operations: bolt forging, nut tapping & forging, screw forging & rolling.
- Analyzing current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Providing actionable recommendations to improve overall productivity.
Ideal skills and experience:
