Hands-On Production of Agricultural Pesticide Adhesion Enhancer (U.S.-Based Only)

I'm looking for a reliable, U.S.-based freelancer to help produce a Pesticide Adhesion Enhancer for our agricultural company. We already have a complete formula and a step-by-step production manual, so you'll be fully guided through the entire process.

Important: This is a hands-on production role, not a consulting or documentation position. We need someone who can physically handle materials, follow the production process, and deliver the final product.

Requirements:
- Based in the U.S.
- Access to an open, well-ventilated outdoor space (backyard, open field, garage with doors open) for safe production work
- Willingness to follow instructions carefully
- Good communication skills
- No prior experience needed — full training provided
