I run a two-branch currently only software branches of a venture company that will be adding more divisions in new industries within the USA. I’m looking for an experienced advisor who can meet with me regularly and guide the company through its stages of growth, particularly with understanding US-specific legal frameworks and marketing practices.
The immediate priorities are:
• Business strategy – validating our multi-branch roadmap, sharpening our value propositions, and setting measurable OKRs that investors will respect.
• Operational efficiency – refining day-to-day execution with process optimization, tighter resource management, and smart workflow automation (think Lean, Kanban, Zapier/Make, Jira or similar).
• Legal and marketing guidance – ensuring expansion plans comply with US laws and regulations while scaling our go-to-market messaging smoothly across upcoming sectors.
You’ll help me audit current operations, spot bottlenecks, design streamlined processes, then coach the leadership team as we roll improvements out—including expanding into hardware industries alongside software. Clear, actionable advice backed by frameworks and real-world examples matters more to me than lengthy slide decks; I want recommendations we can implement in the next sprint, plus a longer-term blueprint for entering at least two non-software verticals.
Deliverables:
1. A concise diagnostic report on our existing branches, highlighting quick efficiency wins.
2. A 6-month strategic roadmap covering business, operations, legal compliance within the USA, and marketing milestones.
3. Monthly mentoring sessions (video preferred) with written action items after each call.
If you’ve scaled multi-branch ventures in both software and hardware industries before while balancing strategic vision with hands-on optimization tailored to the US market, let’s talk.
