Accurate PDF-to-Word Conversion

I have a multi-page PDF made up almost entirely of plain text. Your task is to move every word into an editable Microsoft Word document while keeping the wording, order, and spelling absolutely intact—text conversion accuracy is my top priority.

The source also uses standard bullet points and numbered lists, so those need to look and behave the same way in Word (proper indents, levels, and spacing). No tables, images, or complex layouts are involved, which should let you focus on clean, precise text flow.
