I need a detail-oriented professional to clear a growing stack of invoices, receipts, and expense reports, turn them into clean, reliable numbers, and reconcile them against my records. The core tasks are straightforward—data entry, building the related financial reports, and performing the reconciliation—but precision is non-negotiable.

My stated software preference is “accurate”; in other words, I care far more about error-free output than the specific platform. If you work best in Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, or another mainstream package, that’s fine as long as the figures tie out perfectly.

Deliverables
• All invoice and expense data entered and logged
• A set of up-to-date management reports (P&L, cash-flow, or similar) generated from that data
• A reconciliation statement that proves every entry matches supporting documents and account balances

Acceptance criteria
• Zero duplicate or missing transactions
• Totals in reports agree with reconciliation to the cent
• Source files, working sheets, and final reports supplied in an organized folder structure
