I have a finished manuscript sitting in PDF that now needs to move into Word so it can go straight to publication. The goal is two-fold: first, every element must follow the style guide I specify (APA or MLA, I’ll confirm once we start); second, the file has to be truly screen-reader friendly.
That means you will:
• Re-create the entire document in .docx without relying on simple copy-paste artifacts.
• Apply correct heading structures, paragraph styles, citations, tables, figure captions, and reference lists exactly as the chosen guide dictates.
• Tag text properly so a screen reader can navigate by headings, lists, and links.
• Preserve any images in place and, where they exist, leave placeholders so I can add alt text later if needed.
I will supply the original PDF and the finalized style-guide details. You return a clean, accessible Word file ready for the next stage of publishing.
