9m Galvanized Trellis Span

I’m working on an architectural trellis that needs to clear-span 9000 mm in galvanized steel. The concept is locked in and I already hold a full set of detailed CAD drawings showing member sizes, connection ideas, plan, elevation and sections. What’s missing is the professional touch that turns those drawings into a build-ready package a fabricator can pick up without guesswork.

Scope
• Check the existing layout and confirm the span will perform as an architectural feature under dead load, wind and light maintenance loads.
• Optimise or validate member sizing and connection details for cost-effective fabrication and hot-dip galvanizing.
• Produce shop drawings (DWG + PDF) with plate, bolt and weld schedules, plus a concise bill of materials.
• Supply supporting structural calculations in the format normally accepted by building control.

Acceptance
Drawings must match the 9000 mm clear span shown on my plans, specify all galvanized finishes to ISO 1461 (or equivalent local spec) and list every component unambiguously. Calculations have to reference the design code you apply so the checking engineer can follow them step by step.
