3D/2D Kitchen Interior Design

I’m refreshing the kitchen 2 bed rooms hall 2 toilets in my home apartment and need both a realistic 3-D visualisation and a precise 2-D plan to guide contractors. The goal is to see exactly how cabinetry, appliances, lighting and finishes will look and fit before any work begins.

What I need from you
• A dimensioned 2-D floor plan showing walls, utilities, furniture, lighting and material notes.
• High-quality 3-D renderings from at least two angles that capture colour, texture and lighting.
• Source files in the native software you use (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max—whatever you’re most comfortable with) plus PDF/JPEG exports.
• One round of minor revisions to fine-tune details.

Timing
The project is marked “ASAP,” so please include how quickly you can deliver first drafts and final assets.
