3D Mattress Layer Assembly Model

I need a high-quality 3D model that shows my mattress layer in its full assembly so I can use the visuals in upcoming product launches and web promotions. Every internal component—cover, comfort foams, transition layers, springs or cores—has to be accurately represented, positioned, and proportioned so the final file is ready for photorealistic rendering straight out of the box.
Please build everything in a way that exports cleanly to STL without broken faces or non-manifold geometry; I rely on SolidWorks and Blender for final touch-ups, so a watertight mesh is critical. Textures aren’t mandatory, but labeling the sub-parts in the scene hierarchy will help me create exploded views later.
Deliverables
• One STL file containing the complete, fully assembled mattress layer
• A quick viewport screenshot (or low-res render) to confirm geometry before final hand-off
I’ll provide reference drawings and material specs as soon as we start. If anything is unclear about dimensions or layering order, let me know early so we can lock them down and keep revisions light.
