Realistic DnD Cover Art

I'm seeking a talented artist to create cover art for a DnD sourcebook. The artwork should be realistic in style and feature the following elements:

- Mystical landscapes
- Character portraits

The final piece should be in letter format (8.5 x 11 inches) and delivered as a JPEG. Ideal candidates should have:

- Proven experience in realistic fantasy artwork
- Strong skills in landscape and character portrait creation
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively

I have added a picture which contains all I seek, it is unfortunately created with AI- which I do not seek at all. Something akin to it. The style itself that of book covers similar to "Tasha's Cauldron of Everything" or other 5th edition DnD source books.
