I have a complete 3 500 sq.ft office layout—including zoning and a detailed furniture plan—ready to be translated into a series of high-impact, photorealistic interior visuals. The design direction is firmly contemporary, projecting a 2026 aesthetic.
Key design cues
• Lighting: an overall ambient scheme that still feels authentic to the architectural daylight openings shown in the CAD.
• Finishes: clean, matte surfaces are the star; subtle texture only where it enhances realism.
What I need from you
1. Multiple still renders that collectively cover the full office: reception, conference areas, open-plan workstations, ancillary spaces—every zone in the plan.
2. Native scene files (3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, Blender + Cycles, or equivalent) organised and labelled for easy tweak rounds.
3. High-resolution outputs (minimum 4 000 px on the long edge) ready for presentation boards.
4. Two revision rounds to fine-tune materials, camera angles, or lighting balance.
Acceptance criteria
• Colour palette, furniture placement and scale must match the provided DWG/PDF plans exactly.
• Lighting must read as cohesive ambient illumination without harsh hotspots.
• Matte finish surfaces should show realistic reflections and micro-variation.
• Final images delivered as both PNG and layered PSD.
I will supply: CAD files, furniture schedule, reference mood boards, and a succinct material legend. With that in hand, let’s craft visuals that let stakeholders walk through the space long before construction begins.
