3D Dollhouse Flyaround Animation

Job Title: 3D Dollhouse Animation & Artist's Impression Video - 3,500 sq ft House & Detached Garage
Fixed Budget: £150 (approx. €180)
Project Details:
I have all digital files ready to upload for a two-storey, 3,500 sq ft house and a detached garage layout.
My File Checklist (Attached):
• Ground Floor Plan.jpg & First Floor Plan.jpg (Clean flatbed scans with dimensions)
• Front Elevation.jpg, Rear Elevation.jpg, and 2 Side Elevations.jpg
• Garage Plan.jpg and House Site Location.jpg (Detailed site footprint map)
• Photo of Lane Entrance.jpg & Photo of Road Entrance.jpg
• Photo of Finished House.jpg (Reference photo showing stone cladding and dark slate finishes)
• Site Video From Foundations.mp4 (A 360-degree video standing on the foundations showing the real rolling countryside, the field at the rear, and an old stone homestead on it)
Important Orientation & Scenery Detail:
The proposed house and garage must be positioned exactly as shown on the site map. The house must face toward the neighboring house on the opposite hill, with the main road running between them. Please use my 360 foundation video and photos to blend the real rolling countryside landscape, trees, and the old stone homestead into the background backdrop.
Required Deliverables:
I do NOT want flat, static photos. I need a moving visual format that I can send to a prospective customer over WhatsApp. I need a 15-30 second smooth 3D fly-around video (MP4) or a 360 panoramic link that features:
1 A 3D Dollhouse View (with the roof cut away so the client looks down into the room layouts of both levels).
2 An Exterior View matching my textures, integrated into the real site scenery.
I am open to either a clean digital 3D model look or a stylized Artist's Impression (such as a 3D moving watercolor or stylized sketch animation). Please reply with direct examples of dollhouse animations where you have blended real site media into the background scenery.
