We need a production-ready 3D CAD model of our AI mascot toy, built from the design reference images we will attach. The look is already fixed. Your job is the engineering: a hollow, assemblable model that can be 3D printed as a working prototype and later used to make moulds.

Product
- Small desktop companion robot, about 118 mm tall (head about 72 mm, body about 58 mm — match the dimension callouts on the spec sheet).
- Soft, rounded form: egg-shaped head, short arms, rounded feet.
- Front: black face with a simple smile, glowing cyan side lights, glowing heart on the chest, speaker grille (dot pattern) on the lower front.
- Back: power button, volume up, volume down, USB-C port.
- Accent colour #00E5FF. Body is white / soft-touch. Brand mark on the sheet is “mascot.”

What you must decide and show us
Propose the split before final modelling, with a short note and a sketch or exploded view:
- How many parts (2, 3, or more), and why.
- How they join (screws, clips, or a mix) so we can open the toy, fit electronics, and close it again.
- Where the seam lines sit so they stay hidden.
- Wall thickness, draft, and tolerances suitable for FDM or resin 3D printing now, and for a mould later.
- Internal cavity for a small battery, speaker behind the grille, LEDs for the face, side lights, and heart, plus a USB-C charging port lined up with the back opening. Switches must sit behind the three back buttons.

Do not change the outer shape, face, heart, or proportions from the reference. This is v7 and every angle must match the turnaround sheet.

Deliverables
1. Native CAD (Fusion 360 or SolidWorks) with a clear part and assembly structure.
2. STEP of each part and of the full assembly.
3. STL of each part, oriented and ready to print, plus one assembled reference STL.
4. Exploded view and a one-page assembly note: part count, screw sizes and positions, print settings you recommend, and what must change for moulding (draft, split line).
5. One printed-part check: a photo or render of the parts fitted together, including the back buttons and USB-C.

Out of scope
Electronics, firmware, and painting. Model the cavities, button caps, light windows, and port opening only.

Please bid with 2–3 links to toys or consumer products you have taken from CAD through to a printed or moulded part, and say which software you will use.
