You would analyse how these models crawl, choose sources, build snippets, and then engineer our pages so they are consistently selected and credited. That means structured-data tuning, topical authority mapping, and strategic prompt testing inside ChatGPT and Perplexity to confirm we surface naturally.

To guide the effort I will provide access to Search Console, GA4, and our CMS. From you I need:

• A research report mapping priority keywords, competitor citations, and gap opportunities across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
• A sprint plan for content and on-page changes (schema, internal linking, entity optimisation) aimed at winning AI citations
• Periodic tracking that shows when and where our domain is referenced by each platform, plus next-step recommendations

Share two or three case studies where you have already pushed websites into AI answer spots, outline the tools and methodology you used, and give me a realistic timeline for the first visible wins.
