30-Day Flexibility Challenge App

I want to launch a mobile app that walks users through a dedicated 30-day flexibility program. Each day a new stretching routine appears, the user performs it, taps “Completed,” and the app instantly logs their progress. No extra check-ins or wearable syncing for now—just a clear record of finished exercises.

The overall look must stay professional and clean: neutral palette, uncluttered screens, typography that reads well at a glance. A simple dashboard showing today’s stretch, a calendar of past completions, and basic streak statistics will keep motivation high without visual noise.

Core functionality I need built
• Secure sign-up / log-in
• Challenge calendar that unlocks one flexibility routine per day
• “Completed” button that updates streaks and stats in local storage and the cloud
• Push reminders so users don’t miss a day
• Code architecture flexible enough to add future cardio or strength challenges with minimal rework

I’ll test the app end-to-end on TestFlight and the internal Google Play track; final approval comes once a full 30-day cycle logs accurately and the project compiles straight from the repository.
