I have a full feature breakdown ready in a PDF and now need the entire game built for PC. The vision is a realistic-looking mixed-martial-arts title that feels as deep and polished as a 2K release.

Core gameplay
• Play Now: single-player or couch co-op, plus online head-to-head matchmaking.
• My Career: a long-form progression mode anchored by “Fight City”, an always-online social hub modeled after the 2K park system where players can spar, accept street challenges, shop for gear, and queue for ranked bouts.
• Robust Options / Settings menu and fully mappable controls.

Multiplayer requirements
• Online head-to-head matchmaking with stable net-code.
• Local multiplayer on one PC (two controllers).
• Seamless drop-in play inside Fight City.

Scope and expectations
1. A working PC build that runs on current Windows versions.
2. Realistic visuals—character models, arenas, lighting, broadcast-style presentation.
3. All modes above implemented and fully testable.
4. In-game tutorial, controller layout screen, and adjustable difficulty sliders.
5. Source code and project files delivered with documentation.

I will supply:
• The complete design PDF (game flow, UI wireframes, fighter roster, and asset list).
• Branding elements, music, and commentary scripts.

Acceptance criteria
The game must:
• Boot and play offline and online without crashes.
• Sync player stats and inventory to a central server in Fight City.
• Hold 60 FPS on a mid-range gaming PC at 1080p.
• Pass a final playtest that covers at least 20 full fights, five My Career chapters, and multiple online sessions.

Engine choice is open; please outline why your preferred toolset (Unreal, Unity, or custom) best suits a competitive fighting game with persistent online elements. Continuous delivery via milestones is preferred so I can review each mode as it comes online.
