Custom ERP Solution Build

I need an end-to-end ERP platform designed and built around my company’s real-world processes. At this stage I am deliberately keeping the brief open because I want the chosen developer to explore my workflow, advise on the most suitable architecture, then deliver a solution that connects everything from sales and customer data through stock control and finance.

Here is what I expect:

• Discovery sessions to understand current processes, pain points, and future growth plans.
• A clear proposal outlining the recommended stack, core modules, data model, and deployment approach.
• Development of a modular, scalable web-based ERP that supports role-based access, real-time reporting, and seamless integration with any existing tools we decide to keep.
• User acceptance testing, training materials, and post-launch support so the team can adopt the system quickly.

You are free to suggest frameworks—whether that’s Odoo, ERPNext, SAP B1 add-ons, or a fully custom build—so long as it fits the budget and can be maintained easily. Proven experience delivering ERP projects, clean code practices, and the ability to communicate in plain language will be decisive factors when I award the project.
