2D Interior Design Floor Plans

I need clear, professional 2-dimensional floor plans that I can hand straight to my interior designer. The drawings must cover every living area, bathroom and kitchen in the property and show accurate room sizes, wall thicknesses, door and window locations, plus fixed elements such as plumbing points and built-in cabinets.

The plans will be used for interior-design layout work, so legibility and scale accuracy are crucial. I am open on style—feel free to apply the graphic look you believe presents the information best, whether modern, traditional or minimalist.

Please work from the PDF sketches and rough measurements I will supply on acceptance. Final files should arrive in both a layered DWG (or other editable CAD format) and a print-ready PDF at 1:50 scale.

Before hand-off I will review a low-resolution proof to confirm dimensions and room labeling; once approved, you can issue the final files.
