2BHK Layouts & Minimalist 3D Renders

I have a 722 sq. ft. 2BHK apartment in Pune and an existing floor plan in image format that I will share immediately after kickoff. What I now need is a complete drawing and visual package that covers every practical service line and presents the space in a clean, minimalist style.

For construction-ready documentation, I want a coordinated 2D electrical layout (switchboards, conduits, MCB legends, load schedule), a plumbing layout showing pipe diameters, inlet/outlet points, and any shaft details, plus a refined 2D plan with accurate room dimensions and wall partitions. Alongside this, furniture-specific detailed drawings are required so the carpenter can build exactly to spec.

On the visual side, please create high-quality 3D interior renderings that echo a minimalist aesthetic—neutral colour palettes, simple lines, plenty of negative space. Two or three key views per room should be enough for me to evaluate finishes, furniture placement, and lighting.

You will receive:
• The existing floor plan image
• My notes on preferred fixture brands, heights, and any local code constraints

I expect:
• Final DWG and printable PDF sheets for all 2D drawings
• Rendered JPEGs (4K) and the native 3D model file
• One revision cycle after the first draft to fine-tune switch positions, sanitary points, or décor elements

Standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, or 3ds Max are perfectly acceptable; just keep file exchange smooth.

Once the full set is delivered and approved, I will close the project promptly and leave feedback.
