Social Media & Newsletter Design

Im seeking support for my business that is a heart\-centered wellness and community practice devoted to personal growth, meaningful connection and intentional living\. Our work brings people together through guided experiences, educational offerings and gatherings rooted in care and reflection\. I’m looking for a creative partner who can help bring that warmth and sense of purpose into our digital presence\.

I need creative, on\-brand graphics for Facebook and Instagram, including feed posts and stories planned ahead of time\. Our colors, fonts and overall tone are already established\. You’ll turn the content I provide into inviting, easy\-to\-read designs, help refine short copy when needed, and deliver both ready\-to\-post graphics and editable Canva or Adobe files\. The right person will be comfortable working with thoughtful, sometimes nuanced subject matter and keeping the language appropriate for public platforms\.

I also send a monthly newsletter and occasional promotional emails\. I’ll provide the raw text, images and any relevant details\. You’ll arrange the content in Mailchimp, design it for easy reading on desktop and mobile, apply basic segmentation tags, and schedule it once I’ve approved the final version\.

My Squarespace site needs regular content updates, such as replacing images, adding testimonials , updating events page, adding blog articles and checking campaign links\. These are content edits within the existing site\.

**Monthly deliverables**

- 8–10 Facebook and Instagram feed posts
- 4–6 Facebook and Instagram stories
- 1 branded newsletter built in Mailchimp
- Up to 5 Squarespace content updates, published after approval

All work should follow the existing brand style and be checked on mobile before delivery\. Please place editable source files and final exports in our shared Google Drive folder\.
