I’m putting together a comprehensive, 250-page business report that recommends an actionable plan and strategy for our employees and project teams. The finished product will be delivered as a polished, interactive PDF that staff can reference daily, so it has to balance depth, clarity, and readability.

You’ll take my rough notes, existing data, and recorded interviews with key stakeholders, then expand them into a cohesive narrative that walks readers from context and objectives through detailed strategies, frameworks, timelines, and KPIs. Because the primary audience is internal, the language should be practical and free of executive-level jargon, but still professional enough to guide cross-functional teams.

Along the way, feel free to suggest—and, once approved, incorporate—visual aids such as charts, infographics, workflow diagrams, and short case studies. I’m comfortable with you developing in Word or Google Docs, as long as the export to PDF is seamless and bookmarks, hyperlinks, and a clickable table of contents are intact.

Deliverables (all files handed over at project close):

Acceptance criteria:
