1990s Motorsports T-Shirt Design

I’m gearing up for an industry trade show where we’ll unveil a custom-built truck, and I want to hand out shirts that feel straight out of a vintage 1990s race team garage. I’ve mocked up a loose AI concept to show the vibe, but now I need your creativity to turn that idea into three or four fully original designs I can send straight to my promo vendor.

What I need the art to include
• Our company logo worked seamlessly into the layout
• A stylised illustration of the new truck (reference photos supplied)
• A short slogan or tagline
• The truck model (will suppply)

Look & feel
Think muted retro tones rather than screaming neons—faded teals, dusty magentas, sun-washed yellows, that sort of palette—paired with the bold, energetic compositions you’d see on ‘90s NASCAR crew shirts. I’m picturing dynamic angles, motion streaks, maybe some chunky chrome-inspired lettering, all while keeping legibility for screen printing in mind.

Deliverables
• 3–4 unique back print shirt concepts. Company logo will be on the front left breast of the t shirt.
• Final artwork supplied as layered AI or EPS plus a high-res 300 DPI PNG for proofs
• Colors separated and labeled so my vendor can burn screens without extra prep
• Any custom type converted to outlines
