I’m looking for a senior-level developer who can drop into my AI projects, understand requirements quickly, and ship clean, production-ready code. The exact mix of work varies—one week it may be a new model-driven feature, another it could be refactoring an inference pipeline or tightening unit tests—but the common thread is hands-on coding around modern machine-learning stacks.
You should be fully comfortable designing algorithms, choosing or adapting open-source libraries, writing reusable modules, and documenting everything so that hand-offs are painless. I value readable commits, thoughtful pull-request reviews, and solutions that balance performance with maintainability. Cloud deployment experience (AWS or GCP) and familiarity with MLOps tools will be a plus; if you already work in Python, you’ll feel right at home, but I’m open to the stack that best solves the problem.
When we kick off, I’ll share a detailed brief for the first task and the project repository. From there, we’ll agree on milestones, timelines, and code-quality checkpoints. My acceptance criteria are straightforward: the code must run end-to-end on the target environment, pass the test suite you write for it, and include clear documentation comments.
If this sounds like the kind of collaborative, impact-driven work you enjoy, let’s talk about the first ticket and get started.
