120 Pages - PDF to Word conversion

I have a 120-page PDF made entirely of scanned images and I need it rebuilt in Microsoft Word so that it mirrors the original piece for piece. Every page, font, margin, image, and page break must stay exactly where it is now, and all embedded tables and form layouts have to be recreated so they look and behave as they do in the PDF.

Because the file is image-based, solid OCR plus careful manual proofreading will be essential; I’m expecting a clean, editable .docx that I can open and update without discovering stray characters, broken lines, or missing accents.

• One fully editable Word document matching the source PDF in layout, fonts, images, page breaks, and recreated tables/forms.
