I have a 1,000-page maintenance manual that already sits in Adobe FrameMaker, but the document needs a full professional makeover. Every page must follow a clean, consistent template, with images, graphics, tables and charts all styled so they flow correctly when the book is published. I am also updating the type palette, so special fonts and character styles must be applied throughout without breaking pagination or cross-references.
Beyond static formatting, I need the manual to feel dynamic in its final PDF. Each section heading must link to an interactive table of contents, key terms should hyperlink to their definitions, and pop-up notes should appear wherever procedures need quick tips. The final output has to embed 3-D CAD drawings in PRC format so technicians can spin the parts inside Acrobat.
Deliverables will be:
• A fully formatted FrameMaker book file (.fm + .book) with all graphics and PRC assets properly referenced
• A press-ready, interactive PDF that mirrors the FrameMaker source.
Publishing in HTML5 and epub
I will review the book for style consistency, functional hyperlinks, pop-up accuracy, and PRC interactivity before sign-off.
