10-Transaction TP Benchmarking

I need a transfer-pricing specialist who can complete benchmarking for ten intercompany service transactions that span several jurisdictions. My priority is obtaining defensible arm’s-length ranges, so please be comfortable working with databases such as TP Catalyst, Orbis or Royalty Range and interpreting their search results into clear, audit-ready support.

Scope
Each of the ten service transactions must be analysed separately, selecting appropriate tested parties, filters and comparables that satisfy the OECD and local file documentation standards. You will have 15 calendar days, working on a part-time basis, to deliver the full set of analyses.

Deliverables
• A concise benchmarking file for every transaction (Excel or similar) showing search strategy, screened comparables and interquartile range.
• A short narrative (Word or PDF) explaining methodology, key assumptions and the final arm’s-length conclusion for each transaction.
• One summary memo highlighting issues that may arise because the services cross multiple jurisdictions.

Acceptance criteria
The work must rely only on public-domain or subscription data obtained from TP Catalyst, Orbis or Royalty Range; include at least five final comparables per transaction unless properly justified otherwise; and be replicable based on the documented steps.
