Project overview
We are looking to understand various parameters from the machine dealerships/stores like Hitachi, Komatsu & Kubota and gather the information from the dealers in Japan. In total, we will be requiring about 3 interviews per dealer/per brand. The scope of the study will be comprehensive and the following parameters will be of our focus: > Discount structure programs > Gross profit margin & List price increase > Financing & Lead time > Extended warranty program > Customer support agreement / Customer service agreement The draft discussion guide is ready and will be shared with you before our project briefing call. The budget per interview is 20,000 JPY so for 10 interviews the budget for the project will be 200,000 JPY. Your job will be to recruit and moderate respondents working with Hitachi, Komatsu & Kubota. Please note ex-employees will work too. Kindly ensure that the respondents have the right knowledge pertaining to the parameters that we are seeking to understand for the research study.
