We are looking for an Executive Administrator to join our growing team. We help companies improve field data collection using our award-winning mobile app platform. You’re good at: Organizing all things in life Moving fast with minimal/no errors Technology and determined to learn new things quickly Being extremely adaptable and cost-effective As well as: You’re highly adaptable and driven You have a never say never attitude You’re able to catch even the smallest grammar mistakes Responsibilities The daily responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to: Providing strategic administrative and project management support primarily for the Founder/CEO and other executives. Processing and managing emails and calendars. Scheduling internal and external meetings. Drafting and managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive, as appropriate. Reconciling client credit card payments to QuickBooks accounting system. Submitting expense reports on behalf of executives. Completing month-end invoicing tasks. Writing company playbooks (standard operating procedures) and filing appropriately. Updating various weekly scorecards in preparation for meetings. Initiating and completing orders and purchases. Booking travel and accommodations and meticulously filing expenses. Extra bonus, you find the best deals. Planning and executing various team events and off-sites. What you’ll need 4+ years of recent, full-time administrative support, reporting to one or more executives Experience working with executives in a rapidly growing environment preferably in technology. Highly proficient in Google G-Suite Apps and Microsoft Office. Typing proficiency of at least 70 words per minute The availability to, initially, meet each morning with the CEO for 20 minutes by zoom and also be available by phone or internet chat as needed. Availability for at least 15 to 20 hours per week, and this could increase to as much as 40 hours per week. A willingness to commit to at least 2 years for this role.
