Hello there! We're looking for an English speaking customer service agent that can commit to a min. of 20 hours/week. We need highly engaged individuals that can be a positive addition to our team. What you'll do: - Reply with quality to tickets in Freshdesk, following the procedures written on the knowledge base (no calls, no live chat, only emails) - Report any issues you can find to your manager, so that we can fix it quickly What you can expect from us: - Clear feedback on your performance - Open and honest conversation - Clear goals and KPIs - A positive mindset, open to your feedback and ideas What we expect from you: - Adherence to your schedule (we offer flexible time management, but we expect you to split your load of hours evenly during the week and to avoid having peaks of 10+ hours one day and none the other. Consistency is the key for our department) - Fluency in English (we require candidates to complete an assessment test) - Proven experience in customer service (either face to face or not) - Flexible mindset, we're undergoing a lot of positive changes to make things easier and funnier - Quality and commitment - Attention to details - Freshdesk experience is a plus but not mandatory If you think you can fulfill this role, send us your cover letter, your updated CV, and write the word pizza at the beginning of your application so we know you read the full description.
