We are currently looking for a new Customer Support Agent to come and work for us 10 hours per week. You will have previous experience solving tickets You will be fluent in German or Polish and English (other european languages are also welcome as a plus) You are lighthearted, generous in your work and tenacious to solve problems when needed. Our recruitment process will consist on 4 stages If you are preselected you will have to do a video solving some questions, a test, an interview with HR and the current CS Team Lead We are looking to hire as soon as possible.
