Project overview
We are a service and repair plumbing company looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative that can give WOW customer service over the phone. Fluent English speakers only! Must have an "English / American / Canadian" etc. accent. Weekend work is required. We are looking for an intelligent, quick learning person that loves speaking to people over the phone and being part of a TEAM culture while working remotely. Friendly, personable, multi-tasker that is looking to work full-time hours and has office skills. The Ideal candidate would already have verifiable experience as a Customer Service Representative. Weekend work is required.
