Work from Home Customer Service – Email & Chat • Job Locations US-Work From Home • Category Customer Service/Support Overview Take control of your work! Work-from-home. We are company who works with various e-commerce retail stores. You will be providing chat and email support service from 10 am -6pm Monday- Friday. Responsibilities You will: • Work from home, or any quiet place with a closed door • Respond to emails or answer calls from customers • respond to chats What You’ll Do • Occasionally answer inbound customer service calls • respond to emails from customers • Quickly help customers with good solutions • Solve problems • Document details of calls and customer interactions in the appropriate systems • Type and talk at the same time • Navigate multiple systems, programs, and screens at the same time Candidates • Great communication skills (verbal and written) • Can type 30 WPM or more • computer skills, including typing and navigation • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers •learn how to use CRM As a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor providing work-from-home customer support services, you are responsible for your own tax obligations.
